Launch your command console with type. This game is basically an updated and enhanced fallout3 in a new map. I tried the placeatme command and it worked but the item lists in the are incomplete for example some weapons i already had weren t in the containers. You are able to access the developer testing room in fallout 4 with a simple command this room contains every single item.

For developer console commands in other fallout games please see console commands. In fallout 3 press to get the console window. A similar room was also found in the elder scrolls v. Nov 10 2015 7 44pm leaving dev room.

Fallout 4 launched on november 10 for xbox one ps4 and pc. Type coc testqaitems to teleport to the developer room to get access to all weapons and items in fallout 3 but dlc weapons and items are not included in the containers.
